Civil and commercial Dept. specializing in handling all kinds of civil and commercial disputes and courts procedures. The dept. is under the supervision of Mr. Ihab abul-assad Atwa, lawyer graduated from faculty of law – Tanta University. Member in the Egyptian Bar Association. He has an intensive experience in Civil and commercial law. And has a very good skills in; claims management, dealing with government authorities, legal drafting, legal consultations, and preparing feasibility studies to individuals and corporates to support decision making. In addition to his management skills which we can obviously see through the successful management of the dept.

Criminal disputes & awards enforcement dept. specializing in handling all kinds of Criminal cases and all procedures related thereof. The Dept. is under the supervision of Mr. Mohamed Farag, he is a lawyer at cassation courts, member in the Egyptian bar association, he has an intensive experience in criminal law where he held positions; ex-police general, assistant of El-fayoum security authority, assistant of north Sinai security authority, the general management of young criminals' care, chief criminal detectives in kafr Elshikh and Chief detectives of the Cairo Security Authority. All this positions gain him experience in handling all kind of criminal disputes.
